The Ballwin location has the BEST customer service and auto service hands down. From the first call to asking questions inquiring about my car Sean and Brett were amazing prompt and upfront service and so are the mechanics. They are honest mechanics if they cant do or if it needs to be fixed they will let you know upfront. I would recommend everyone to go to them for auto service and this is not a commercial this is from previous experience with them if I ever need servicing again they will be my first auto shop to call...
These guys are amazing. I know they did all they could for me for a problem I shouldn't have had. Sean is just as friendly and as helpful as can be. And the Owner is nice and helpful as well
There are so many amazing things I can say about my experience with Sean and AAMCO. For one communication was excellent- through each step of the way I was not only notified of the status of my car while it was in the shop, but after with a check up to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were EXTREMELY efficient, my car had to have a complete transmission replacement and they got it back to me by the end of the week. My favorite thing about my experience without a doubt though was their transparency and customer service. I am a college student far away from home and having my car break down was stressful to say the least. Sean was kind hearted and understanding, he broke down what was going on with my car into a way I could understand and even offered to speak with my parents in Champaign, IL if it would make me more comfortable. Having a friendly voice on the other end of the phone in such a stressful time was such a relief. I will not only be returning to this location for all of MY car needs (let’s hope it’s not many) but 100% recommend it to whoever is considering giving them their business.

Sean was great! He was very prompt with getting me information. They ordered a part for me that did not fit correctly but Sean upgraded the part at no additional cost which is a testament to their business practices, he did not try to call me back and get me to approve a more expensive part - he just took care of me. He told me "Welcome to the family" when I was leaving which was appropriate because that's how they make you feel.
