Wow.. where do they get these guys! All star team. Long time customer. F250 trans lasted until 324,000, and I had a horrible situation happen recently, and the grace they showed me. I needed it so bad! They hear, and listen man! A stark difference from other places, and are willing to serve reaonably, and well. They could have taken advantage, and didnt.. went the extra mile even helping me store my truck until I could tow it off the lot. It has costed me so so much money. So much, but thanks to them, I had a place to store it until I got a buyer. What a load off my back man, wow. Thank God for people who listen, and work together like the ants. I cant say enough, God bless this place with good customers, and good work! They pass the tests!
I had two problems and it was a transmission and door problem where I couldn’t get out on the driver side door and had to crawl out the passenger. I took it to a local mechanic and he couldn’t fix it and I came here and within minutes they fixed the door. I love this place already. The guys here are friendly and kind and walked me through the process and I highly urge anyone with car problems to come here.
It’s not uncommon to find capable and friendly individuals with various service providers, but AAMCO in Ballwin, MO and particularly the Center Manager, are exceptional. Stanton Martin is beyond competent, extraordinarily knowledgeable, well connected, and personally engaging with his customers. I absolutely trust him and will bring my future automotive needs to AAMCO without reservation.
