Sean and his Team are really great to work with. I've read some of the other reviews and they're reflective of my experience, too -- they'll be up-front with you and not sell you anything you don't need and will work with you to prioritize items that need to be addressed with your car. I really enjoyed working with them and will definitely be back. Sean will greet you with a smile, will help explain things in a non-technical way and will even find parts to help visualize what is going on...I really liked the explanations that Sean gave to me. I trust what he tells me and trust and customer service are huge when selecting a car repair shop. They are a fantastic find, just off the road on Manchester.
When you rely heavily on your own transportation it can be a very stressful time when you're having car troubles. I had my transmission replaced a while back and when it seemed to be acting up again I called Sean. He honored the warranty and took care of me the whole way. He communicated clearly with me throughout the whole process and made me feel better about the situation at hand. He really makes you feel like a friend or family member rather than a customer. I will 100 percent be a repeat customer and I would recommend them to ANYONE he needs work done at a fair price.
I recommend this shop in Ballwin. They will treat you well with honest up front diagnosis of problems and not try to sell you services you didn't ask for or that are beyond what you asked to be fixed. They will give you good favor as a customer and make a good relationship with you. They're a very good shop.
Brett and Shawn are awesome. The worked with me until we got the problem solved. They kept me updated throughout the process and letting me know the costs upfront so I was informed. I will continue to recommend them and take my cars to them.
